Hi, I am a mom of 4 and the wife to a technology-loving, Jeep driving, outdoor guy. Our family has one cute Chocolate Lab and a tiny Yorkie!  We live in a cute small town in southern Michigan.  I was trained to be a teacher with a major in English and Literature and a minor in history, but now am self employed as a tutor and educational coach.

I have started this blog to focus on all my goals at once: budgeting, parenting, schooling decisions, faith, organic/local foods, healthy eating, Celiac disease (kid #1), kids with disablities (kid #2) and family living.
